We deliver goods that keep our country moving forward, but while doing that, we help each other to make a living while supporting each other. The load we carry is both what we put into our trucks, but also the challenges our team faces every day.

We take pride in doing things the right way and that fuels us to become better. When we do something well (the “how”) and we see the result (the “what”), we understand the impact (the “why”) it makes. Our pride comes from doing the job well and making an impact.

We challenge each other and hold each other accountable, but always in a respectful way. In fact, part of the reason that we hold each other accountable is because we respect each other. We depend on each other to get the job done.
